With an excellent record, Imran has successfully generated tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.
Imran regularly advises clients on their trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, and business rights. Understanding the intricacies of litigation, he uses this experience when preparing trademarks, copyrights, patents, license agreements, assignment agreements and developing creative solutions, ensuring their rights stand up in court.
Prior to practicing law, Imran spent nearly a decade working as a business consultant in many industries including electronics manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, apparel distribution, real estate, and others. This diverse business experience provides a unique “feet-on-the-ground” perspective when advising clients with unique and complex legal needs. Imran holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California (1997), an MBA from Pepperdine University (2002), and a JD from Loyola Law School (2006).
